- Record your Cronus firmware, programming-tool version and cable connections.
- Confirm that access is available in the seller’s actual account or download area.
- Read the product instructions and game rules before changing your setup.
For hardware-specific instructions, use the device maker’s current documentation rather than an old video for a different configuration.

Record the exact point where setup fails
Useful support details include the expected action, what happened instead, the exact error message, your product version, firmware, controller and platform. Note whether the issue is account access, a device connection, an installation step or behavior inside a game.
Keep passwords, payment details and account recovery codes out of screenshots or public Discord posts. Share order details only through the relevant support process.
After installation
A completed installation is one check. Any gameplay test still needs its own conditions and observations. Record the build and settings, use the same test sequence, and keep the result limited to the setup actually checked.
